Yours taste like…
I have had the same conversation over and over again recently.
It has to do with popular chain restaurants. I have an hierarchy of good restaurants to bad restaurants.
Here they are in a simple form:
Excellent – Privately owned restaurants downtown.
Very Good – BJs Brewery, Maggiano’s, Carrabbas, etc.
Good – Gringo’s, Johnny Tamale, Zio’s, etc
Fair – Casa Ole, [...]
